Welcome to Leamy Law Office

Leamy Law Office works exclusively in family law.  With over nine years family law experience, Patrick’s primary focus is on finding solutions amicably, respectfully and cooperatively.  Patrick is also a registered Alberta Collaborative Family Lawyer. Aman Kahlon joined the firm as an associate lawyer in 2013.

Separation can be one of the more challenging experiences a family can go through. Resolving family conflict after a separation should not be primarily about bringing families into Court.  Leamy Law Office is experienced in various types of conflict resolution, including mediation, settlement meetings and collaborative family law. However, if acceptable resolutions cannot be agreed, the focus shifts firmly to having unresolved issues reviewed by the Court.  At all times clients remain in control and will be directly involved in the day to day direction of their matter. You will be advised in detail of the law and your options, and you will decide.
